The main level is on the uppermost floor, so you’ll find amazing views from the waterfront windows and a spacious great room with 18-foot vaulted ceilings. Settle into the living area, with plush loveseats and an Italian leather sofa, and enjoy a fire flickering away in the hearth while a movie plays on the flat-screen HDTV (complete with cable and DVD player, of course).

Feeding a large group will be easy with two full kitchens, and the upper-level space is perfectly furnished for a social chef! The granite countertops offer plenty of space for assistant cooks to chop vegetables, while barstools lining one counter let the less helpful guests stay involved in the conversation while they sit and sip on a glass of wine. The stainless steel appliances include a large refrigerator, stovetop with oven, and the all-important dishwasher for easy clean-up.

In addition to the four stools at the bar, there’s a long six-person dining table set just before the windows. Soak up your own private waterfront dining, or head out to the deck for an al fresco feast. You’ll find a table with chairs and a gas grill for summer barbecues.

The upper level includes a gorgeous master suite, complete with a king bed and a stunning private bath. The seven-foot shower may be the most luxurious spot in the house, complete with imported marble and two brushed bronzed shower heads. The upper level has sleeping accommodations for up to four guests, thanks to the living area’s sofa bed and another half bath.

Downstairs, you’ll find another 1825 square feet of living space, making this one of the most ideal Oregon Coast vacation rentals for reunions or dual-family vacations! There’s a second great room with fireplace, living area, and television, along with another full kitchen just as ready to prepare meals – along with seating for eight. There’s even a second deck located on this level, so you can enjoy some peaceful meditation or journalling while you look out over the water.

This level has the remaining three bedrooms: one has a queen bed (sleeping two), one has a queen and a twin with an additional twin-size trundle bed (sleeping four), and the final bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed (sleeping three). There’s another full bath on this level with his-and-her sinks and a tub/shower combo, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer so you don’t have to worry about muddy hiking clothes or wet bathing suits.

And you will be enjoying the great outdoors here! The long driveway offers parking for a boat, and of course your dock awaits right on the lake. There’s also space for an ATV, and the Oregon Dunes are just a short drive away! Siltcoos Lake is the largest body of fresh water on the Oregon Coast, and there are endless ways to enjoy yourself here: kayak, canoe, swim, fish, or just relax on the sunny deck with a good book and a cold drink.

When you want to re-enter civilization, the charming town of Florence is just five miles north. There are cafes, shops, galleries, and restaurants galore in historic Old Town Florence, and attractions including the beautiful Heceta Head Lighthouse and, of course, the sandy beaches of the Oregon Coast.
